NZ Book in Khmer describes the history of New Zealand from the occupation by the Maori people until the rule of the Labour Government  under the leadership of Jacinda Ardern. It broadly covers the main historical events that shaped its economic and social direction and the evolution of New Zealanders as a people, irrespective of their  place of origin. The book does not minimize troubled times but portrays
a country that deals with issues as they appear, helped by its isolation. It also  gives a series of pen portraits of people who made or who are  making an impact  on the  international stage. The Cambodian people living in this country from students and refugees of the eighties to the present are also fully
covered, with special mention of individuals who have contributed  to the nation's business sector or somehow enhanced the Cambodian community.
